The business has 2 Directors/Shareholders and 2 other shareholders.

	Nick Derham as a Director/Shareholder has had previous experience running his own business in the plant hire trade. He is reliant on wood heating for his own domestic heating.
	Guy Winterbourne as a Director/Shareholder had has previous experience working at a high management level within ThyssenKrupp. He is in the process of fitting a 25kW Super Angus gasification boiler solely for his domestic heating and hot water.

Jason Mathison has 20 years involvement in a family plumbing business. He is a specialist in domestic gas and oil boilers, solar and biomass for domestic through to large commerical use. He is reliant on wood heating for his own domestic heating.

Ian Hillman has 25 years running a property development business specialising in sustainable & vernacular material with an emphasis on using green products. He also has restored and owns a Victorian Walled Garden focused on the production of organic vegetables, fruit and fruit juices. He relies on a 40kW Angus Super gasification boiler solely for his domestic heating and hot water.

Across the four shareholders we have nearly 100 years business experience to run an efficient and customer orientated business where service and support are key.

We keep a full range of spares in the UK and as business increases we are increasing our depth of stock in wood multi fuel burners, wood gasification burners and accumulation tanks.

Having now visited the factories and secured the sole U.K. rights for a minimum of 5 years and we are proud to offer Eco Angus Wood & Burning Boilers supplied by Eko-Vimar Orlanski across the whole of the UK and Southern Ireland.

We have also become the preferred distributor in Southern Ireland. We have obtained grant status for Ireland and are currently investigating grant status in the UK through the Microgeneration Certification Scheme and the Enhanced Capital Allowance (through approval on the Energy Technology list run by Carbon Trust).

We are members of the REA (Renewable Energy Authority).
